How do sugars react in our bodies? As a toxin! Digestion converts carbohydrates and sugars into glycated proteins, which result in “toxic sugars” and inflammation in the body. This creates an increase in oxidative stress. Increased oxidative stress creates problems throughout the body and can produce free radicals. When free radicals attack our skin’s collagen, the results are visible including weight gain, cellulite, dry skin, acne rosacea, and of course wrinkles, from broken down elastin. An analogy you might be familiar with is putting any elastic banded garment in the dryer, after a while it loses the ability to go back to its former shape, and becomes lumpy. Our body’s will try and get rid of toxins by placing it as stored fat. One solution is food. Everybody eats…every day. Over time what you put in your body will determine how you look, feel and perform. Replace even one meal a day with a superfood concentrated, farm fresh base, gently dehydrated, scientifically proven, high nutrient to calorie ratio you can see for yourself the difference in how you feel. Being dynamic, vibrant, sexy, fit, energetic and happy is the way to a better future! At your service, Jan.newman@gmail.com
